This is template text for a product prototype. Have counsel review it before relying on it.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, company, and the optional answers you give at signup.
- Usage data: for every request, the time, path, response status, latency, user-agent, IP address, referrer and, for searches, the query text. API calls are linked to the key that made them.
- Request detail: the full HTTP request (headers and body) for debugging and abuse prevention, with passwords, API keys, session cookies and tokens masked before storage. Kept for 14 days.
- Cookies: a session cookie when you log in, and a first-party visitor cookie used to count unique visitors and apply the anonymous search preview limit. No advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
How we use it
To run and secure the Service, meter credits, prevent abuse, and understand which products and retailers people and agents look for. Aggregated search demand (for example, queries with no results) guides which categories we add.
Who we share it with
Infrastructure providers that host the Service, under contract. When you follow a link to a retailer, that retailer receives the visit. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Request summaries are kept for 13 months, full request detail for 14 days, account data for as long as the account exists and 30 days after deletion.
